Personally, I'm looking for VBA that can determine which Shared Mailbox the email is being sent from (or more simply if the email is sending from the licensed email account or from a Shared Mailbox email.)

Start a new email > Reveal the 'From:' Box field in Outlook under Options tab > Click on the 'From:' box in the email, and select 'Other Email Address.' > Manually type in your Shared Mailbox email address in To send from the Shared Mailbox to which you are a setup as a Member, in Outlook you do the following.No one owns the mailbox, only 'Members' are given shared access to send/receive from it.Within the setup menu, you add 'Members' who can use the Shared Mailbox.To create one, you go to O365 > Admin > Users & Groups > Shared Mailboxes.Maintain access rights to send or receive through them. Only with PowerShell can you delete the automapped folders if you don't want to see them in your Outlook, yet Outlook detects that your licensed account is a Member to a Shared Mailbox and provisions your access to it without any option to prevent it. *They are automatic in that their folders appear in Outlook 2013 for anyone who is a 'Member' to the Shared Mailbox, but there is no separate setup for them or account management within Outlook 2013.
